Get setup steps for your Relaticle workspace and its five record types: companies, people, opportunities, tasks and notes.

New to Relaticle? Start here to add your first records and get your team into the workspace.

Relaticle organises your customer data into five connected record types:

| Record type | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| **Companies** | Organisations you work with | Acme Corporation |
| **People** | Contacts at companies | John Doe, CEO at Acme |
| **Opportunities** | Deals in your sales pipeline | Q1 Enterprise Contract |
| **Tasks** | Actions to complete | Follow up on proposal |
| **Notes** | Information to remember | Meeting notes from a call |

People belong to companies, opportunities link to companies and people, and tasks and notes can attach to any record.
