 Manage members and roles

What Administrators and Editors can each do, plus invitations, join links, and removing members.

 Membership is managed on **Workspace Settings** — click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar to reach it. Invitations, roles, and removals all live there.

Send an invite from **Add Member** with an email address and a role. Until it's accepted it sits under **Pending Invitations**, where you can:

- **Copy Link** — grab the invitation's accept URL to hand over directly, if the email didn't arrive.
- **Resend** the email.
- **Revoke** the invitation.

Invitations expire — the **Expires** column shows when.

There's also a workspace **join link**, offered on the invite step when you [create a workspace](/help/workspace/rename-or-delete-your-workspace): anyone with it joins as an Editor, and the link stays valid for 7 days.

In the **Members** list, click a member's role to open **Manage Role** and switch them between Administrator and Editor. **Remove** takes a member out of the workspace — their records stay, they lose access. Members can also **Leave** a workspace themselves, except the one they created.
