Updated August 13, 2026 Relaticle Cloud is billed **per workspace, never per seat** — invite your whole team without the price moving. The **Billing** page lives under your workspace name in the sidebar; subscription actions there belong to the workspace owner, and other members see who to ask. [](#cloud-pro "Permalink")Cloud Pro ----------------------------------- One paid plan: unlimited users and records, 2,000 AI credits a month, premium AI models, the REST API and MCP server, and email support. Pay monthly, or yearly for a discount — current prices are on the [pricing page](/pricing). Every new workspace can start a **14-day Pro trial with no card**. When the trial ends, subscribe from the Billing page to keep Cloud access. [](#managing-the-subscription "Permalink")Managing the subscription ------------------------------------------------------------------- **Manage subscription** opens the billing portal, where you update the payment method, download invoices, and switch between monthly and yearly. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. [](#if-the-subscription-lapses "Permalink")If the subscription lapses --------------------------------------------------------------------- The workspace **pauses** — the app, API, MCP server, and AI assistant step aside, but **your records are safe** and remain stored. Resubscribing restores everything exactly as it was. A paused workspace can still be deleted by its owner, and its 30-day deletion grace period applies as usual. [](#ai-credits "Permalink")AI credits ------------------------------------- The plan's monthly credit allowance resets each billing period. Pro workspaces can buy one-time **credit packs** from the Billing page — purchased credits are spent only after the monthly allowance and never expire.
