The Activity log tab on companies, people, and opportunities shows every field change and who made it.

 Companies, people, and opportunities each carry an **Activity log** tab — a read-only history of changes, grouped by date, newest first. When a value looks wrong or a stage moved unexpectedly, this is where you find out who changed it and when.

Each entry names the person and the field — "Alex changed Stage" — and scrolling loads older history as far back as the record goes. Field edits are covered, custom fields included; every teammate's changes appear, not just your own.

Tasks and notes don't have an activity tab; for those, the list columns show who created each record and when it last changed. If you need to know how a record entered the workspace in the first place, the **Creation Source**filter on every list distinguishes records created by hand, by import, by the API, and by the AI assistant.
