 Invite your team

Add teammates to your workspace as an Admin, Member, or Viewer, and see what each role can do.

 Bring your team into the workspace so everyone works from the same records. Send one or more invites by email and choose what they can do: manage the workspace, edit records, or just view them.

1. Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar, then click **Workspace Settings**.
2. Click the **Members** tab, then click **Invite workspace members**.
3. Type the addresses into **Email addresses**, separated by a comma, a space, or a new line. You can send up to 10 in one go.
4. Choose an **Invite as** role: **Admin**, **Member**, or **Viewer**. Everyone in this batch joins with that role.
5. Click **Send invitations**.

Each person receives an invitation email and appears in the **Members**list marked **Invite pending** until they accept. The actions menu on that row can **Resend** or **Revoke** the invite.

Find the row marked **Invite pending** in **Members** and click **Revoke**in its actions menu. It can no longer be used to join your workspace, and you can send a new one with the correct address.
