 Send one email to many people

Select people or companies, write one message with merge tags, and Relaticle sends a separate email to each recipient within your send limits.

 Mass sending writes one message and sends it as a separate email to each recipient. Nobody sees the other recipients, and merge tags fill in each person's own details.

1. Open the **People** or **Companies** list.
2. Tick the records you want to reach.
3. Open the bulk actions menu and click **Send email**.
4. The composer opens as **New mass email** with the recipients listed. **Add recipients** adds more.
5. Write the subject and the message. **Insert variable** adds a merge tag such as full name or company.
6. Click **Send emails**. The button shows how many will go out.

Selected records without an email address are skipped, and Relaticle tells you how many.

You can also start from any new email. Turn on **Mass sending** in the composer and add recipients there.

Write the message once, then click **Use template** and **Save as template**in the composer. Tick **Share with my workspace** to let everyone use it.

Templates are listed under **Emails** in the **Templates** tab, and under **Workspace Settings**, **Email and Calendar**, **Templates**. Click **New email template** to write one from scratch.

Each connected account has an **Hourly send limit** and a **Daily send limit**. A mass email joins your outbox and goes out as those limits allow, so a large send can take hours.

- Watch progress on the **Emails** page under **Outbox**.
- Cancel what has not gone yet with **Cancel selected**.
- Change the limits under the account's **Manage** menu, in **General**. Leave a limit blank to use the default.

None of the selected people has an email address. Add an address to their **Emails** field and select them again.
